Our Quality Commitment

Quality is the core of our factory. Full-Process QC Process

1. Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials, fabrics, accessories and accessories are strictly inspected before entering the warehouse. Unqualified materials are strictly rejected to ensure the quality foundation of products.

2. Cutting & Semi-Finished Inspection

Strictly control the cutting size and process, inspect semi-finished products in the production process, find and solve quality problems in time.

3. Sewing Process Inspection

Professional quality inspectors patrol the production line, inspect sewing workmanship, stitch density and product structure to ensure exquisite workmanship.

4. Finished Product Inspection

Comprehensive inspection of finished products, including appearance, function, size and material, to eliminate defective products.

5. Shipment Final Inspection

Final random inspection before shipment, only products that pass the inspection can be packaged and shipped to ensure product quality.

High-Quality Material Selection

• Fabric: Select waterproof, wear-resistant, tear-proof outdoor-grade polyester, nylon and other high-quality fabrics

• Accessories: Adopt high-strength zippers, durable buckles, high-elastic webbing and other brand accessories

FAQ

Samples Availabilities and Costs: Samples will be sent within 10 days if materials available from the market. Samples free of charge but send with freight collect by any courier. quantity of samples usually not exceeding 3pcs/item.

Logo available: Silkscreen/ heat transfer/ rubber logo/metal logo/ impress logo/Emboridery/Glittering/Emboss etc

Main port: Xiamen port, Fujian, China other China ports also acceptable

Shipment term: FOB/CNF/CIF

Delivery time: within 45-50 days for 1x20' container,50-60 days for 1x40' container, urgent delivery can be discussed.

Payment term: T/T: 30% deposit and balance against shipping document. Or L/C at sight. For amount less than USD10000.00, L/C is not acceptable due to the high bank charge.

Materials/Components: Nylon, polyester, canvas, PVC
